Daily Racing Form Saturday, October 3, 2009 ELMONT, N.Y. -- The connections of Kodiak Kowboy didn't come into Saturday's Grade 1 Vosburgh thinking of using it as a prep for the Breeders' Cup Sprint. But their horse gave them a few reasons to reconsider by running down Fabulous Strike in the final 70 yards to win the $400,000 Vosburgh by a half-length at rain-soaked Belmont Park.
