Saturday, October 3, 2009 On paper, at least, the Phillies have the best playoff roster in the National League, a team with several areas of real strength and only one major weakness: the bullpen. They have a deep, patient lineup, a rotation with two No. 1 starters and one of the best defensive clubs in the postseason. The best team doesn't always win a playoff series -- the Phillies benefited from that last year when they upset the Rays -- but Phillies fans should like their chances to at least reach the World Series ag ...
