Whenever I am asked about my opinions regarding MVP, Cy Young or rookie of the year awards, I generally respond that they don't really matter all that much to me. I realize a lot of people take them very seriously, and are very passionate about making the case for their choices, and that's perfectly fine. I don't need to add my voice to the chorus.
