Week 5 of the college football season is here. I hope you ate some starchy foods this morning because it's time for another Varsity Tailgate.      Game of the Week No. 8 Oklahoma at No. 17 Miami -- 8 p.m. ET on ABC Oklahoma and Miami were two of the nation's premier programs back in the 1980s and met three times between '85-87.
