ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- The Baltimore Orioles' worst stretch in two decades is over. Chris Waters allowed one run over five innings in his first start of the season and the Orioles stopped a 13-game losing streak by beating the Tampa Bay Rays 3-2 on Thursday night.
