Week 4 flex rankings: Where to rank Bills RBs?

As noted in Wednesday's blog, this is not a particularly strong week for wide receivers, with so many top targets on byes (Cardinals, DeSean Jackson), facing tough matchups (Saints, even Andre Johnson), injured and possibly inactive (Dwayne Bowe, Wes Welker) and of course being ignored by his quarterback (Terrell Owens).
