Cubs first baseman Derrek Lee will play in the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader. There was enough concern about his injured left foot that the team had him take an X-ray, which came up negative. Lee hit a foul ball off of his foot in the sixth inning of Tuesday's game and was removed from the game as a precaution. "We wanted to be careful because of Dempster and Reed," Lee said.
