ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- The Baltimore Orioles reached another low point in a lost season. Rookie Wade Davis allowed one run over seven innings, Carl Crawford got his career-high 60th steal and the Tampa Bay Rays handed the Orioles their 12th straight loss with a 3-1 victory on Tuesday night.
