Tuesday, September 29, 2009 Josh Hamilton hasn't played in 20 of the last 22 games with leg and back pain caused by a sciatic nerve. The injury is ending what has been a hugely disappointing season for the slugger. He was center stage at last year's All-Star Game at the Home Run Derby at Yankee Stadium, but has struggled since then. He's batting .268 with 10 homers and 54 RBIs in just 89 games.
