Tuesday, September 29, 2009 As I wrote about poor, misunderstood Terrell Owens in Monday's blog, I realized how much perception plays a role in fantasy football. A player gets to a certain level of success, and whether he sustains it or not, it's going to be tough to convince many people that the perception is wrong. Tom Brady didn't play so well the first two weeks of the season, and there were probably some fantasy owners who basically decided it didn't matter because they would never, ever bench him.
