ESPN.com It makes perfect sense that the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers would open the final week of the regular season as the top two teams in the MLB Power Rankings. After all, the two teams have combined to occupy the No. 1 ranking in 20 out of 26 weeks. The Yankees, though, are the team of the moment.
