Injuries force Lewis, Dawson to sit out

BALTIMORE -- Running back Jamal Lewis and kicker Phil Dawson have been placed on the inactive list by the Cleveland Browns in their game against the Baltimore Ravens. Lewis has been hampered by a hamstring injury and Dawson is out with a sore right calf. Lewis leads the winless Browns with 95 yards rushing on 25 carries.
