Saturday, September 26, 2009 PHILADELPHIA -- Elijah Joseph returned an interception 95 yards for a touchdown and James Dixon scored on a 92-yard kickoff return to help Temple beat Buffalo 37-13 on Saturday. The Owls (1-2, 1-0 Mid-American Conference) defeated Buffalo for the first time since 1970. It was also Temple's first win over the Bulls (1-3, 0-1) in four meetings under coach Al Golden.
