ESPN The Magazine Friday, September 25, 2009 Cuban pitcher Aroldis Chapman, who is considered one of the top prospects in the world, has been declared a free agent by Major League Baseball. Teams can actively start bidding for Chapman. "It has been a dream of mine to pitch in the major leagues," he said in a statement issued Friday by his agent, Edwin Mejia.
