ESPN.com Thursday, September 24, 2009 Three Iowa State football players have been reinstated to the team by the school only two days after they were charged with misdemeanor drug possession earlier this week. Starting cornerback Kennard Banks, defensive end Cleyon Laing and linebacker Kevin Hamlin all have rejoined the team and are eligible to participate in all team activities, including Iowa State's Saturday night game against Army.
