CHICAGO -- White Sox general manager Ken Williams on Wednesday reiterated his displeasure with the effort his team has put forth this season. "They are underachievers," Williams said before the White Sox played the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday. "We're not playing up to our capabilities. Period."
