Even though it's early, we've already seen a host of transfers from other Football Bowl Subdivision programs and the JC ranks make impacts. In that vein, here's this week's top 10 list -- the top 10 first-year transfers. 1. Ryan Mallett, Arkansas QB: The guy has velocity like Usain Bolt has acceleration.
