WASHINGTON -- Drew Stafford and Patrick Kaleta scored 11 seconds apart to lift the Buffalo Sabres to a 2-1 victory over the Washington Capitals on Monday night in a preseason game. Alex Ovechkin made his exhibition debut and was scoreless as Keith Aucoin scored the only goal for Washington midway through the second period.
