ESPN.com Saturday, September 19, 2009 South Florida quarterback Matt Grothe injured his left knee in the second quarter of his team's 59-0 win over Charleston Southern on Saturday, and his status for next week's game at Florida State is in doubt. Grothe was injured while being tackled on a scramble and had to be helped off the field. He was using crutches on the sidelines in the second half.
