MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Carl Volny rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns as Central Michigan defeated Alcorn State 48-0 Saturday. After beating Michigan State with a last-minute field goal last week, the Chippewas (2-1) easily routed the Braves (0-2) Volny scored on 5- and 2-yard runs in the third quarter.
