Saturday, September 19, 2009 NEWARK, Del. -- Pat Devlin rushed for two touchdowns and passed for a score to lead Delaware to a 27-17 win over Delaware State on Saturday. It was the first regular-season meeting between the state's only two Division I Football Championship Series programs. Devlin completed 19 of 29 passes for 227 yards and one interception, also rushing for 27 yards on eight carries for the Blue Hens (2-1).
