Friday, September 18, 2009 PHILADELPHIA -- Kevin Kolb took all the snaps with the first team in practice. He answered all the questions about his preparedness to start for the Eagles. Kolb was publicly supported by his teammates, and kept his cool even as Jeff Garcia was signed as their backup quarterback. He's done it all this week but start his first NFL game.
