ESPN Insider Wednesday, September 16, 2009 Talk to anybody in the draft analysis business, and they'll tell you this: There is nothing Tim Tebow can do this season to significantly alter his stock in the eyes of scouts. It's not an insult, but as we've said before, so much of what Tebow does well is the very thing that makes scouts leery of him. At the same time, Mel Kiper fully admits that Tebow could end up being the best player in the history of college football. Of course, that's the issue: Tebow fits the college game perfectly. ...
