Sizemore has sports hernia surgery

CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore underwent surgery to repair a sports hernia, his second operation in a week. Sizemore, who is out for the season, had arthroscopic surgery on his left elbow last week. The team said Sizemore's lower abdomen was repaired in a 20-minute procedure in Philadelphia by Dr. Bill Meyers.
