We took a look at the rich recruiting ground of California from an offensive perspective, but now let's focus on the defensive talent in the state. The 2010 class does not offer a blockbuster level of defensive talent. The top player in the state resides on defense, as does No. 2 player in the state Tony Jefferson (Chula Vista, Calif./Eastlake).
