Monday, September 7, 2009 CLEVELAND -- All-Star outfielder Grady Sizemore of the Cleveland Indians has been scheduled to have arthroscopic surgery on his left elbow at the Cleveland Clinic on Wednesday. Team physician Dr. Mark Schickendantz will perform the operation. Sizemore also needs to undergo lower abdominal surgery, but no timetable has been set for that procedure.
