ARLINGTON, Texas -- Texas Rangers slugger Josh Hamilton has received a second shot for the pinched nerve in his back. He is not expected to return until at least next weekend. Hamilton is back in Texas, where he had another injection Monday while Texas opened a three-game series in Cleveland Indians. "He got his shot," Rangers manager Ron Washington said in Cleveland.
