ESPNChicago.com Monday, September 7, 2009 Former Notre Dame quarterback Blair Kiel was arrested on domestic battery charges Saturday night in Indianapolis. Indianapolis TV station WTHR is also reporting that Kiel, 47, is accused of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement in addition to the domestic battery charges. Police say Kiel, who played at Notre Dame from 1980-83, was waiting outside a restroom at Victory Field -- home of the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians baseball team -- for his girlfriend, Christy Rundle.
