Sunday, September 6, 2009 CHICAGO -- If Jon Lester's strikeout milestone was "pretty cool," his seven shutout innings for the Boston Red Sox were pretty important. Lester allowed four hits and Boston, boosted by home runs from Mike Lowell and Victor Martinez, beat the Chicago White Sox 6-1 Sunday.
