Pennington, A's end Mariners' four-game win streak

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Cliff Pennington overshadowed Ichiro's three-hit night with one big blast of his own. Pennington hit a two-run homer to help the Oakland Athletics beat the Seattle Mariners 9-5 Saturday night as Suzuki got within one hit of 2,000.
