NEWARK, Del. -- Pat Devlin threw for two touchdowns and ran for another in his debut at Delaware as the Blue Hens beat West Chester, 35-0, in their season opener on Friday night. Devlin, a highly-touted transfer from Penn State, completed 12-of-15 passes for 227 yards while playing a little less than three quarters. The junior also ran five times for 20 yards.
