Thursday, September 3, 2009 Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman continued to work with the Bears' training staff before the game, but leads the list of four inactives for the preseason game against the Cleveland Browns. Tillman was once again running with a flak jacket equipped with a long bungee cord that athletic trainer Bobby Slater pulled to provide resistance. Tillman also worked on his backpedal, and then on coming out of his break. Considering Tillman hasn't practiced this preseason, it seems unlikely he'll be ... Activate your ESPN Profile!
