Wednesday, September 2, 2009 CHICAGO -- Chicago Olympic organizers say they're close to resolving concerns raised by the International Olympic Committee in a report assessing the technical merits of their bid for the 2016 Summer Games. Chicago's financial guarantees for the 2016 Games have been an issue because the U.S. government doesn't underwrite the event as other governments do.
