Kazmir, Penny to debut for new teams

Two pitchers will be making their debuts for new teams on Wednesday, and both of them will be doing so in road starts. Scott Kazmir makes his Angels debut in a game at Seattle's Safeco Field, a favorable matchup on paper, while Brad Penny makes his Giants debut at Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park, a matchup that appears unfavorable.
