Daily Racing Form Friday, August 28, 2009 DEL MAR, Calif. -- Trainer Craig Dollase has an ultimatum for the nine rivals who face Monterey Jazz in Saturday's $300,000 Del Mar Mile. "I dare anyone to challenge us," he said. It is doubtful anyone will accept that assignment. Monterey Jazz is a brave front-runner and will be favored in the Grade 2 Del Mar Mile, which is run on turf.
