ESPN.com Wednesday, August 26, 2009 As the rosters for the latest edition of the Arizona Fall League made their rounds Tuesday, I talked with a bunch of longtime followers and scouts of the league. The opinion was unanimous: The talent level this year might be the highest it's been in recent years. When you consider the words of AFL Executive Director Steve Cobb, who said, "History tells us between 75-100 of this year's players, or nearly 50 percent, will reach the major leagues next year," there's a lot of incentive for players ...
