August 24, 2009 — Chad Reed claimed his first AMA Pro Motocross Championship title this past Saturday at the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series held at Maryland's Budds Creek Motocross Park. The 2009 AMA Motocross season proved to be one of Reed's the most successful seasons of his career earning the two-time AMA Supercross Champion five wins as well as the championship title.
