Feldman improves to 13-4 as Rangers shut out Rays

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Scott Feldman earned high praise from Tampa Bay manager Joe Maddon. The right-hander won his fifth consecutive road start, Michael Young and Ivan Rodriguez each drove in two runs and the Texas Rangers avoided a three-game sweep by beating the Rays 4-0 on Sunday.
