With only a few scattered players still unsigned, here's a review of the best and the worst (in my opinion) efforts in the 2009 draft. The top 5 1. Arizona Diamondbacks The D-backs had a slew of picks, but unlike some other teams with extra selections, they made them count, grabbing six players from my top 100.
