Is it already time for Dick Vitale and Jay Bilas? Suddenly, it feels like there is more of a college hoops vibe to this 2009 football season. Monday was a very big day for the basketball crowd. Former Duke point guard Greg Paulus was named Syracuse's starting quarterback even though he last played football in 2005, and ex-Arizona forward Fendi Onobun was notified that he received clearance from the NCAA to play football for Houston.
