Sunday, August 16, 2009 Big surprise yet again: Jamie Bestwick took the win in vert at the Dew Tour Wendy's Invitational from Portland, OR last night. On his path to becoming the BMX Vert Dew Cup champion for the fifth consecutive year, Bestwick earned a first-place score of 93.75 with a run that included an alley oop downside tailwhip. Gilroy, Calif.-native Chad Kagy pulled a flair double whip as part of his second-place finish that earned a 92.00. And now back on the vert ramp following recent ankle surgery, Steve ...
