Thursday, August 13, 2009 SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Shaun Hill will start at quarterback in the San Francisco 49ers' preseason opener Friday night against the Denver Broncos. Coach Mike Singletary insists this is no hint who will be under center come the regular season. Hill, who worked with the No. 1 offense during the team's walkthrough Thursday, doesn't have a specific number of plays he will get.
