Wednesday, August 12, 2009 MEXICO CITY -- It's less than an hour before kickoff at Estadio Azteca, and the U.S. national team entered the the well-manicured field for pre-game warm-ups to a chorus of boos, whistles and derisory jeers. As expected, the stadium is unfathomably huge, and it's almost filled to capacity already. Fans are doing the wave. Outside, it's pandemonium as thousands more green-clad Mexico fans are trying to get into the arena, which is also the only venue to host two World Cup finals ('70 and '86). ...
