SAN DIEGO -- Everth Cabrera is showing why the San Diego Padres have been so highly touting their rookie shortstop. Cabrera hit a ninth-inning grand slam off closer Francisco Rodriguez to lift the Padres to a 6-2 victory over the New York Mets on Friday night.
