For the historically inclined, thoughts of the Bayside Conference for football often conjure up memories of Cambridge-South Dorchester's powerhouse teams from the 1970s and 1990s. Perhaps it brings back thoughts of James M. Bennett's perennial championship contenders of the 1980s.
