The law won't stop the leaks

After a report in The New York Times last week that David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs in 2003, Major League Baseball Players Association executive director Donald Fehr and others complained about the "leaks" that were the basis of that story as well as others which revealed the names of players who tested positive in 2003.
