A few weeks ago, we included former Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick near the top of our list of the most overrated players of the decade. While the inherent controversy associated with his return is one reason he hasn't been signed yet, despite being free to do so, the other issue is his football aptitude; several GMs appear to agree with our assessments above.
