ESPN.com Sunday, August 2, 2009 Chase Headley has had pretty much the same season in 2009 that he had in 2008. Unfortunately, that's not a good thing, because this was the season he was supposed to start showing some offensive improvement. In 331 at-bats last year, Headley hit .269 with nine homers and slugged .420. This year, in 333 at-bats, he has hit .246 with nine homers and slugged .384.
