Rams trade Harris to Lions for Curry

The St. Louis Rams picked up much-needed wide receiver help when they acquired veteran Ronald Curry from the Detroit Lions in exchange for defensive end Orien Harris. Curry was a free-agent acquisition of the Lions during the offseason when he signed a one-year, $670,000 deal, but he became expendable when the Lions traded for Dennis Northcutt.
