Wednesday, July 22, 2009 As I've written a handful of times this offseason, I'm a big believer in Colin Kaepernick, Nevada's junior quarterback. Last season, the 6-foot-6 QB not only ran for over 1,000 yards but he had a 22:7 touchdown to interception ratio. Not bad for a guy who only had one scholarship offer coming out of high school. Kaepernick is a spectacular athlete. Last month, he was called in the 43rd round of the MLB Draft by the Chicago Cubs. This fall, he and the Wolf Pack [a team with three 1,000-yard rush ...
